COVID-19 UPDATE

Spirit Bear Ski Delivery will be open for the 20/21 Winter Season, delivering ski and snowboard rentals to your door.

We are currently taking booking as usual though our website.

We have the following policies in place due to COVID-19. Please read and agree to these procedures before booking your Ski Rental Delivery:

1) Masks  Are Mandatory for all SPIRIT BEAR Staff & Ski Rental Guests. Please wear a mask during your delivery and fitting.
*** NO EXCEPTIONS ***
( disposable masks will be provided if you do not have 1 )

2) All SPIRIT BEAR Staff members undergo a temperature check prior to the start of each shift. All SPIRIT BEAR Staff wear masks while servicing rental guests.

3) Complying with the Contact tracing guidelines; A SPIRIT BEAR Staff will Meet an Greet you at your accommodation, we must take your temperature + contact tel # information before we can fit and deliver your equipment.

4) SPIRIT BEAR Staff disinfect & sterilize all tools and bags after each delivery to eliminate COVID~19 and other airborne bacteria’s. We also clean and disinfect our vehicles regularly.

5) All rental equipment is disinfected & sterilized after every rental is returned AND prior to any/all equipment going out for rental ( skis, snowboards, bindings, poles & boots ).

6) SPIRIT BEAR SKI DELIVERY requests that all Renting Guests must have Pre-Purchased their Lift Tickets & Pre-Booked their ski days via the EPIC Pass website before renting equipment. SPIRIT BEAR will fulfill your rental requests once you have preregistered & pre-booked your days on Whistler/Blackcomb Mtns.

ONLY SPIRIT BEAR Rental Guests that have pre-purchased lift tix + pre-booked ski days will have their delivery fulfilled.
